Will cloud based databases be easier to launch than enterprise based databases? My direct question would be, will cloud based databases be able to seamlessly gather information from a client and then distribute that information across different applications without having to gather the same information multiple times?

Hi Blake

I think that has more to do with database schema and design vs. whether or not a database is in the cloud or not. Gathering the same information multiple times is more of an application design issue.

I try and write something new 1-2 times per week; less if I'm travelling, more if I'm in the office. Hopefully you'll find the frequency about right!
