Hi Chuck!

First off, please excuse the non-technical nature of this post. Your profile mentions that mountain biking is one of your passions, so the question is in that area.

I'm originally from the Boston area, but currently living in Sweden and working in Denmark as the storage manager for Tieto, Denmark.

In June I will be traveling to Milford for back to back ECC courses, and hear that there is some great mtb'ing to be had in the area, so am looking for some tips. Could you possibly point me in a direction?

Thanks in advance!

Steve

Hi Steve

In Milford there is an extremely popular mountain biking area known informally as "Vietnam". You'll find it at the corner of the big highway 495 and 85. Look for power utility lines going up a hill, then head off to your left into the forest. You'll find at least 6-8 hours of exploration and a wide variety of trails from beginner to oh-my-god.

Hope this helps.

  • Frequency of Updates
I try and write something new 1-2 times per week; less if I'm travelling, more if I'm in the office. Hopefully you'll find the frequency about right!
